Cutting across the pattern can be done easily, either during production or on site as needed. Take care if cutting in line with the profile, as you will need to be mindful of pattern matching with adjacent panels. This should only be done on site with exact measurements.
Instaprofile is made from raw MDF. The panels can either be fixed directly to the wall or mounted on split battens, depending on the thickness and your chosen surface. Suitable wall surfaces include plasterboard, timber or steel. The panels are butt jointed or tongue and groove join, depending on design and thickness. We recommend using industrial grade glue and screws, aligned with wall studs or a substrate that provides appropriate support. Panels can either be pre-painted or mounted raw for later finishing.
